With the rise in computer aided design and visualization software, the physical model is often overlooked, rapidly approaching the point of extinction to all but the devoted architectural proponent despite their value in explaining architectural spaces to the public. In an attempt to express quality, importance, and the implied audacity of most computer aided design this model was constructed to resemble the layered process of design, topography, and the earth while attempting to explore computer generated spaces.
This model is now on display at the Academy of Art University College of Architecture in their model archives and is 54"L x 21"W x 17"H
